Lingcombe Barn is a cottage consisting of an open-plan living area with Smart TV, selection of books, woodburning stove, dining seating for two, breakfast bar seating for two, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, and toaster. King size bedroom with balcony. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Enclosed rear multi-level garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included. Shop and pub 2.9 miles. Lingcombe Barn is your idyllic base. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: There are a few steps down in the open-plan living area, from the sitting area to the kitchen, please take care. Note: EV charging available with prior arrangement with owner. Note: The location of the cottage is rural, and accessed by narrow lanes and a farm track, not suitable for low vehicles. Take a glimpse into the past at Bennett's Cross, an authentic example of a wayside cross. Admire the circular spectacle of Fernworthy Stone Circle, another testament to the rich history of the area.
