Relax in this house in a quiet and safe location for 10 people. Complete with living room, kitchen, household items, furniture, and everything else for your stay. Located less than 150m from the beach, it has a gourmet balcony with barbecue, and a privileged view of the sea and nature!

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet: The 1st is a suite with a double bed, Air Conditioning, and a separate mattress. The 2nd has a double bed and a single mattress. The 3rd has 2 bunk beds (4 single).

The space
The house has 3 floors (2 included in the lease, 1 closed for improvements), gourmet veranda overlooking the sea, barbecue, and is located in a very quiet neighborhood, within a small and safe community of only 4 houses.

Upon arrival you will have 1 (one) private parking space without cover for 1 car in front of the house. The garage gate always remains closed but never locked, because the neighborhood is residential, quiet and safe.

To enter the house you need to open the main gate that always remains locked and gives access to the hall outside, in front of the main door of the house. To open the gate and the door of the house you will need keys.

Autonomous Check-in - An easy and practical way to check-in!

If the guest prefers he/she can check-in without the assistance of the host or the presence of an employee, because the keys can be taken from a small shielded and coded safe 'key-holder' fixed in front of the house.

For this, after the guest has paid for the reservation and it is confirmed, he will receive a message on the website application containing the password to open the 'key holder' and a complete video with instructions on how to do the Self Check-in. This way no one will be present at the time of check-in and it will not be necessary to interact with any person. The great advantage of the Autonomous Self Check-In is that the guest will do his or her own independent personal check-in, and can arrive at the time of their choice on the day specified in the reservation.

Upon entering the main door, you will find yourself on the upper level (1st floor) where the living room, dining room, full kitchen, half bathroom (toilet), and a terrace with a barbecue grill and hammock overlooking the ocean are located. The complete kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for your stay, which are always clean and well maintained. The service door is located in the kitchen.

On the second floor, down the stairs are the bedrooms and complete bathrooms, which include
- 1 suite with double bed, closet, private bathroom complete with shower, and balcony.
- 1 double bedroom with double bed, large chest of drawers and exit to the laundry room.
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (four single beds) and balcony overlooking the backyard.
- 1 extra bathroom complete with shower
- 1 laundry room with washing tank and clothesline, accessed through the side door in the double bedroom.

** Temporarily Closed:
Attention, the third floor is temporarily closed. Not under construction, just closed for improvements. ** Continuing down the stairs, you reach the 3rd floor, which has an open-air, walled courtyard with an external shower (cold shower) and a bedroom with a bunk bed with 4 single beds. Therefore, the house accommodates 11 people! **

It is important to emphasize that no dependencies of the house are shared with other people or neighbors. The only common area shared only with neighbors is the entrance hall outside the main gate.

Everything inside the house, such as furniture, beds, bathrooms, electrical appliances, household utensils and other items, are in great condition and are cleaned and sanitized after each guest checks out.
Guest access
The neighborhood is residential and very quiet. All properties in the area are residential, and the nearest trade is 250m away from the house, and Praia Deserta is 150m away.

In the house, the guest will have full and exclusive access to the entire property, which consists of 3 (three) private floors. Temporarily only 2 floors are included in the lease. The 3rd floor is undergoing improvements and without access for guests. It's not a renovation, it's just being redecorated without causing any disturbance to guests.

Arriving in front of the house in the outdoor area, the parking lot is shared with 3 neighbors, each with its own individual spot without coverage. More vehicles can be parked for free on their own in the nearby streets.

1st Floor (ground floor and main entrance floor):
- Living room with sea views, a sofa and 42" Samsung Smart Tv.
- Dining room overlooking the sea.
- Half bathroom, known as half bathroom with toilet and sink.
- Full kitchen with sink, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, microwave, cabinets, blender, glasses, cutlery, plates, pans, small suspended table for quick snacks, detergent, sponges, pitchers, thermos, coffee strainer, and others necessary tools.
- Gourmet terrace covered with barbecue, chairs and table, and overlooking the sea, Ilhabela, the bay of São Sebastião and nearby mountains.
- Barbecue with skewers and grill, located on the balcony overlooking the sea.

2nd Floor (bedrooms and bathrooms down the stairs):
- 1 suite with double bed, Air Conditioning, closet with clothes rack, private bathroom complete with shower and balcony overlooking the outside area.
- 1 double bedroom with double bed, large chest of drawers and exit to the laundry room.
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (four single beds) and balcony overlooking the backyard.
- 1 extra full bathroom with shower.
- 1 laundry room (service area) with washing tank and clothesline, which is accessed through the side door in the double bedroom.

3rd Floor (leisure area Temporarily Unavailable):
- Room with a bunk bed and an extra bed (totaling 3 single beds).

The house is close to several beaches accessible on foot or by car. The nearest beach is called Praia Deserta, which is approximately 150 meters away from the property, but it does not have parking. Other beaches can be found nearby both north and south using the main road.

Near the house you can find supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants with parking, bakeries and takeaways.
Other things to note
The house is next to 3 more houses within a small gated residential condominium, where the residents are local families. The condominium is family friendly so I ask that the noise moderation rule after 10 pm be respected!

The host speaks Portuguese, English, Italian, and a little bit of Spanish.
