The apartment is located on the second floor without lift in a typical Florentine building. The studio is in a central but quiet position a stone's throw from Piazza Santa Croce. All the main attractions of the city are within walking distance, the neighborhood is lively and dynamic and full of typical shops and restaurants. 
The studio is furnished in a modern style and consists of a large open space with a living area, dining table, a queen size bed and a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. 
Guests will have access to air conditioning, wi-fi, washing machine, smart TV, sheets and towels for each guest.
Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.According to  Decree n°383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours daily.
