The Space:
Rosalie Cottage is a charming, quintessential Cotswolds cottage nestled in peaceful countryside with panoramic views to escape in. The cottage is thoughtfully and exquisitely furnished throughout, right down to the very last detail, meaning every last corner of this property is set to stun and delight.

In the downstairs of the home, guests will find the awe-inspiring living/dining area, where vast windows on either side of the room provide beautiful views of the countryside whilst welcoming in an abundance of natural light. During the day, this space provides the perfect spot to absorb the surrounding views, basking in the peaceful sounds of birdsong. Of an evening, guests can unwind by the log-burning fire or indulge in a cosy movie night courtesy of the smart TV.

Rosalie Cottage’s excellently well-equipped fitted kitchen is perfect for rustling up a hearty meal after a busy day’s exploring, complete with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, pod coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

The cottage is also equipped with a separate downstairs W/C, for ease.

Upstairs, guests have access to two beautiful bedrooms, both thoughtfully decorated to foster mindfulness, promoting feelings of calm equilibrium, especially as gazing out the window into the fields and onto the picturesque church situated shortly behind.

The master bedroom is furnished with a zip and link bed, which can function as either a kingsize bed or as two separate twins, providing a flexible sleeping arrangement to suit the unique requirements of any party. The windows provide a light and airy space and plenty of opportunity to enjoy the surrounding views, whilst blackout blinds ensure a refreshing night’s sleep at the end of each day.

The second bedroom is a delightfully cosy space complete with a single bed sleeping an additional guest and also offering glorious views over the surrounding fields.

The family bathroom boasts a bath complete with rainfall shower overhead.

To the front of the cottage, guests have access to a lawned garden area adorned with beautiful flowers and overlooking the church and surrounding fields, perfect for families to enjoy. To the rear of the home is a patio area with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining of a summer afternoon.

We are able to welcome up to two well-behaved dogs to Rosalie Cottage (fees apply). There is ample parking for two vehicles on the gated driveway to the front of the cottage.

The Neighborhood:
Weston-sub-edge is a peaceful village with many historical buildings and bursting with quintessential Cotswolds charm. The village, recorded in Domesday, lies at the foot of Dovers Hill, and is located between the Vale of Evesham and Chipping Campden.

For pet-owners or keen walkers, the exciting network of public footpaths over the surrounding fields provides the perfect setting for enjoying peace and nature whilst taking in the breath-taking panoramic views over the Cotswolds countryside.

This beautifully secluded home is located just a six-minute drive from Chipping Campden, a 24-minute drive from Stratford-upon-Avon, and under 45 minutes from Cheltenham.

Chipping Campden holds a unique historical tradition, having hosted its own Olympic Games since as far back as 1612. The town serves as an endpoint for the famous Cotswold Way, a 102-mile-long distance footpath known for its stunning natural beauty.

Dover’s Hill, Hidcote Manor and Broadway Tower and Park are excellent for long or short walks, picnics and generally enjoying the natural beauty of the area and creating a memorable day out.
