Situated away from the main tourist area of Los Cristianos but with lots of local bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.


Keys are available from reception but our contact details are in the room should they be needed.

If you are staying for more than 7 nights, our staff will enter the property to change your bed linen and towels. If you do not wish this service - please contact the office to confirm.


Plenty of local bars, restaurants and supermarkets whilst being away from the busier centre of Los Cristianos.

Keys will be available at reception on production of passport.

The apartment is very light and airy and has ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom.
Has an iron, ironing board, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and hairdryer.
Sleeps a maximum of 4 guests with 2 single beds and a sofa bed

Plenty of on street parking available. Taxi rank and bus stop within a few minutes walk, local free bus to Siam Mall/Siam Park.

Sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool area are charged at €2 per day.
Travel Cot available for an extra charge
Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out
