All guests are required to provide ID, a security deposit and e-sign T&Cs before staying. Minimum age is 25 years old (excluding families).

The property is equipped with a device that monitors noise and occupancy levels in the property (but does not record sound) and notifies the host and the guest if it gets too loud. Any disturbance and/ or noise complaints will result in loss of deposit.
Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am
All of our properties have a strict No Smoking Policy. Guests found to have been smoking, will be charged £250 as a deep clean and upholstery clean will be required post stay.
We expect the property to be treated with respect and care and left in a similar condition as it is found, clean and tidy and dishes washed and put away. Guests will be charged for any additional cleaning needed above the standard requirements.
Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to provide a copy of ID, name and address through our own booking system to verify your identity. You will also be asked to read, sign and accept our terms of stay policy in order for your booking to go ahead. Shortly after your booking is made, you will be sent an external link for this to be completed. This is a mandatory condition prior to your stay.
