BED CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed
Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed
Lounge: Sofa bed
LIVING AREAS:
The house benefits from a large living space equipped with a sofa bed and plenty of space to sit down and relax.
Unfortunately the TV is out of use and has been removed, we are aiming to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
DINING AREAS:
The dining table is located in the dining room and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening. It can easily seat 4 guests.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away for a long or short stay in Liverpool. There is an electric hob, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave & washing machine.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There is one bathroom in the property which is equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower over the bath. We provide towels, toilet rolls and bath matts. Unfortunately we do not provide any toiletries.
BALCONY:
There aren't many apartments on the waterfront that have a balcony and we are so lucky to have a balcony at this apartment.
It offers a comfortable seating area for 2 guests and has unobstructed views of the River Mersey; can you Imagine sipping a lovely drink in the summer sun whilst watching the ships go by?
The guests have access to all of the apartment/ house, except the locked cleaning cupboards.
No Preference- I take my guests lead. I am available via phone anytime.
