All rooms are air conditioned. No smoking. There are numerous external smoking areas. Private parking with video surveillance.
A luggage storage service is available. All services are included in the rate.
This is the entire upper floor of the villa except for a small room (used as my warehouse). Two large bedrooms, the first with a double bed 180x200, wardrobe, desk, chair, but above all a splendid terrace with deckchairs and sun loungers overlooking the hills for moments of absolute relaxation.
The second bedroom has a double bed 160x200, wardrobe, desk, chairs, a very comfortable Frau armchair and smart TV, and its own terrace with deckchairs for sunbathing, relaxing or smoking a cigarette. All rooms are air conditioned, so smoking in the house is prohibited. There are terraces and gardens everywhere for smoking. Bathroom with tub, shower, a large mirror and sanitary ware including a bidet. In the hallway there is a mini-bar and a kettle. The beds and many pieces of furniture are new.
Independent entrance on the first floor with a space in front for breakfast, with chairs, umbrella and table. Maximum privacy.
For security reasons, there are CCTV cameras outside the building and in the parking lot.
Ideal for a family of four or two couples of friends, but also for those who for work reasons are looking for a very relaxing but strategic temporary accommodation with space to work, fiber wifi, highway 2 minutes away, fixed-price but valid trattorias 5 minutes away.
