It has an advantageous location as its away from the hustle and bustle, but only 10 minutes’ drive away from Sao Rafael, Albufeira and the beautiful cove beach at Castelo. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, lounge and dining room are included.

Within 10 minutes' drive of the sandy beaches of Castelo and Coelha, Villa Casa Joao sits amidst lush greenery offering splendid views of the countryside of Vale de Parra. These sandy coves are surrounded by rocky cliffs, offer plenty of space in the sun along with a restaurant/bar. Within 15 minutes’ walk down the hill, you would find a supermarket and several cafes and restaurants. Albufeira lies 3 miles to the east offering a wide selection of restaurants, activities and shopping amenities along the narrow, cobbled streets of the old town.
