Casa Vitoria is a newer build and an owner-managed house in the Serenity at Dune Allen neighborhood that's just a short 5-7 minute walk to the beach. There is also a newly built beach access at the end of the street with full amenities.

The neighborhood is great for families with a community pool close to the house.
As mentioned, we own the house and self-manage the property. Our goal is to make your stay is as perfect as possible and will be available to you prior and during your stay for any needs. Casa Vitoria is our only vacation property and gets 100% of our attention.
The house has a modern and warm feel while having great access to the beach and the many restaurants, shops and attractions in the Santa Rosa Beach 30A area. The house is in close proximity to all that Destin and the other surrounding area has to offer.
The house itself has all the conveniences of home including WiFi (average download speeds of 100Mbps on the 5 GHz connection), flat-screen smart TVs in each room for access to streaming services and YouTube TV activated on each TV for live broadcast.
Large driveway with parking for 3 cars.
***Please note Casa Vitoria sits on top of a hill and there is an incline on the driveway***
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need including a coffee maker, crock pot and blender
There are a total of 4 bedrooms:
1 - Primary suite with attached bathroom on the 3rd floor - king bed and twin day bed with twin trundle - sleeps 4 - office space with computer desk - 65” Smart HDTV
2 - Primary suite with attached bathroom on the 2nd floor with a king bed - sleeps 2 - 43” Smart HDTV
3 - Bedroom on 2nd floor with a queen bed - sleeps 2 - 40” Smart HDTV
4 - Bunk room on 2nd floor with a twin up / double down / trundle twin - sleeps 4 - 32” Smart HDTV
There is a grill on the back porch
We also have an outdoor shower to clean-up after visiting the beach
There are two covered balconies to relax on and listen to the Gulf waves.
We will be available to you prior to and during your stay to make sure our home is the perfect home for you while on your vacation.
The Neighborhood
Casa Vitoria is located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, United States.
The 30A area is one of the most beautiful parts of the Florida panhandle and offers a more slow-paced and relaxed environment. You are about 17 miles to the Destin Boardwalk and 8 miles to Seaside. Stinky's Fish Camp seafood restaurant is at the end of the street and within walking distance of the house. The Gulf Place Shopping Center is just 2 miles away with a number of shops and restaurants. There are sidewalks everywhere so you are able to ride bikes or walk to many places. There is a beach access point at the end of the street and multiple other access points on 30A.
Getting around
The Santa Rosa Beach / 30A area is easy to get around with sidewalks up and down 30A for walking or riding bikes. Access to Highway 98 is just over 2 miles from the house - 98 is the main highway that runs east - west.
House Rules & Requirements for Booking Confirmation
- Guest will be sent a separate rental agreement with general terms and conditions that must be accepted before the reservation can be confirmed.
- No smoking inside or on the property anywhere
- 28 years or older to rent - strict family policy in place
- No parties or events
- Check-in time: 4:00pm
- Check-out time: 10:00am
- During the Spring Break and Summer seasons a 5 night minimum is required except for the week of July 4th when a 7 night minimum is required.
All other times, a 3 night minimum is required
- Students or young adults must be staying with a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay
- (1) dog permitted with an additional non-refundable fee of $225 and pre-approval. Low-shedding, less than 50 pounds.
Please Note
***The State of Florida and Walton county collects tax, and there is also a Walton County Tourist tax of 5%. These charges will be added to your reservation.
***Our home is pet friendly for a maximum of (1) dog that is low-shedding, 50 lbs. or under only. A photo of your dog may be required. Cats and other pets are not permitted due to allergy of owner. Pre-approval of dog and guest acceptance of pet policy is required. Non-refundable pet fee of $225 will be collected. Please message us directly if you would like to bring your dog.
***There is no street parking in the neighborhood. Driveway will fit 3 cars.
