The Space:

This room is designed with your comfort and convenience in mind, offering a spacious and relaxing environment for your stay in Luxembourg. Whether you're here for work or leisure, this room provides everything you need to feel at home.

Private Bedroom: Your generous 20-square-meter room on the first floor is perfect for up to two guests. It features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a large work desk ideal for business travelers or remote workers, and a big flat-screen TV for entertainment. The room is tastefully decorated to complement the villa's elegant charm, ensuring a restful and pleasant stay. Room-darkening shades allow for a good night's sleep, and you’ll have access to a shared bathroom and a separate shared toilet, maintained to high standards.

Shared Bathroom: Just a few steps from your room, the shared bathroom is fully equipped with hot water, fresh towels, and essential toiletries like shampoo, making your stay as comfortable as possible.

Shared Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen is available for all your culinary needs. It includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, and dishwasher, providing everything you need to prepare meals or enjoy a morning coffee.

Location: Situated in a delightful neighborhood, the villa is a 2-5 minute walk from local bus stops, restaurants, and grocery stores. You can explore the vibrant surroundings or take public transport for quick access to the city center and other attractions.

Guest Access:
Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. Please, make sure you check the “Check-in” section and watch the video we made for you!

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy international cuisines, sightseeing, shopping, and outdoor activities during your stay, all accessible by public and private transport facilities available in and around your vicinity.

Place des Martyrs, Luxembourg, Galerie d'Art Contemporain Am Tunnel, Place de la Constitution, Musée de la Banque, Plateau Bourbon, Adolphe Bridge, Monument of Remembrance all are at walking distance of 5-20 min.

Getting Around:
The apartment is conveniently located near public transportation options, including bus stops and tram stations. You can easily explore Luxembourg and its surroundings using the efficient public transportation network.
Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber are readily available in Luxembourg, providing a convenient way to travel around the city.
If you prefer to have your own vehicle, car rental services are also available in Luxembourg. This gives you the flexibility to explore the city and its surrounding areas at your own pace.

Other Things to Note:
High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens & bath towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.
Long-term stays are welcomed with a nice laptop-friendly workspace in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveler.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 18 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- Parties are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate removal from the premises and a penalty of 500 euros. Please maintain a quiet environment out of respect for our community.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the lockbox to obtain the keys. Access code to the lockbox to retrieve your keys will be sent on the day of your check-in few hours before your arrival time.
