After a few months of beings stuck in the house with a new born, we decided to get away. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Very quiet and peaceful. We had one issue upon arrival and it was fixed within a few hours. Will book here again!
Loved the cabin, layout, location. Owner was very responsive to issues: 1 barstool missing- replaced next day, fridge not cooling- repaired. Beautiful place! Loved our stay! Would definitely stay again & recommend!
This cabin is perfect for couples looking for an affordable romantic get away near Pigeon Forge! The hot tub was great in the screened-in porch, we stayed out there all night!
Very convenient location, easy check in, only problem was no table to eat, just the bar with one stool, has empty area that would be great for a four seat table.
Beautiful cabin in a quiet location. A+ host, we had a couple questions while we were there and they were answered within minutes. Cabin was very clean and the hot tub was great. Definitely recommend checking this cabin out.
We rented the property during Thanksgiving! We loved everything about it: location - quiet, but great access to main attractions; hot tub on a screened area; cabin very cozy and with recent renovations. We loved!
The cabin itself was very cute and quaint, perfect for a romantic getaway for a couple. Having stayed in many cabins, I have a lot to compare this stay to.
Pros:
- cozy atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings made It
- The air conditioning worked well, and the hot tub area was very nice. The screened-in front porch was great, and the porch swing was fun. We enjoyed sitting and listening to the rain, looking out into the woods, and seeing all the foliage.
**Cons**
- We had trouble getting the light in the hot tub to work, which was a bit disappointing as the outside lights were a bit to bright to enjoy saying outside.
- Some of the blinds were missing a wand to adjust them, and the place needed some cleaning—there was a lot of dust on the lamp shades and ceiling fans. The windows were dirty and hard to see through.
- description of the cabin lacked details about what was provided. I reached out to the owner but did not receive a reply before arriving, although they were prompt with any other conversations. The cabin had a Keurig and a drip coffee maker with a reusable coffee filter. This would have been nice to have known.
- no hot pads or dishcloths, so we had to use towels instead. There were sponges. There were no measuring cups or spoons.
- There was no dining room table and chairs, with only one chair at the bar. There also was not enough dishware to last a couple a couple of days.
- it would be nice if there was some privacy from the other cabin ac
Loved the location, was a nice distance away from all the noise of the parkway but not so far away that we had to struggle to get there. Loved the openness of the cabin, which was perfect for my little family and I. The only negative thing I can say was the hot water smelled of sulfur but other than that we had a wonderful time! Would stay there again!
After two delayed anniversary trips my wife and I were able to get away and found this little cabin in the woods. It was just what we needed! Not too far from the hustle and bustle but plenty of privacy and quiet. We were able to get to the National Park in no time and enjoyed the use of the hot tub after we forgot how old we were after a longer than anticipated hike haha. Chris was great with communication pre during and post stay. If/when we get back we will be looking for this little gem again!
Where do I begin? Let's start with our entry into the cabin. The screen door needed to be cleaned and the screen was ripped and needed to be replaced. The porch could use a new painting and a clean wlecome mat. The fence around the front property could also need a cleaning and new paint. Also, I am not sure if anyone should even sit on the bench near the firepit. It also needs to be cleaned and painted. There was also a moldy old smell that maybe some cleaning or even an air freshener could have helped. The fake flowers on the stand were dusty and old. The place needs to be refreshed. The jets in the hot tube were also not working properly, with little output. Again, the welcome mat needs to be replaced on the porch; it was dirty. There were also cobwebs above the bed. The plastic chandelier was also tacky above the bed. The cabin simply needs some upkeep.

Quiet Retreat
Loved the swing on the screened in porch. I loved sitting on the swing listening to the birds. There was no traffic noise!
Me and my girl celebrating our 5th...
Efficiency type cabin but was perfect for a couple..
Clean and romantic setting.
Only shortcomings were quite a few light bulbs needed and some supplied firewood wood have been nice..
Overall great stay...
My husband and I stayed here with our two younger children (6 & 3). We all enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit (bring your own firewood), and made good use of the fully equipped kitchen. The jetted tub was AMAZING. The sofa is a pull out sleeper perfect for small kids. We took advantage of the Dish TV. The WiFi is a little spotty, even with the hot spot (but really, we were on vacation and tried to avoid using it anyways.)
One thing I might mention to those traveling from flatter lands (we’re from Florida lol) is to be aware of the steep (but short) driveway. It is gravel and a little uneven, which made our initial attempt to get up the driveway a little tricky.
The location makes you feel like you are truly getting away from the hustle and bustle, but it is still close enough to a Publix/Walmart/CVS just in case.
Only real complaint was the barbecue pit, it was broken and unusable when we arrived.
Other than that, this is a wonderful place to stay. I might also add that we really appreciated that the owner does not include an extensive laundry list of things to do upon checkout. Check out was easy and stress free.
We had a great time at this home away from home. Thank you!!!

Don't be fooled by the outside. This is a awesome place.
We got into town early and drove up to look at the place. My wife made a comment that this was not a cabin. I explained it was not a log cabin but was beautiful inside. Once we were able to check in we were both very happy with this place. The inside is beautiful and comfortable. With plenty of wood. We loved the hot tub and the view. We would stay again and recommend to anyone. It is also in a great location only a few minutes from Pigeon Forge and a little over 15 min to Gatlinburg.
