Sliding doors lead from the living room to a sunny, south-facing terrace with a fixed cover, extending to a spacious, fenced garden—ideal for pets and outdoor relaxation. Inside, the ground floor includes a bedroom with two single beds, a separate toilet, and easy access to the garden. On the upper floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with a double box spring bed and a cot, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds.
