For the sporty guests there are 2 canoes available. Just a short walk from the villa is the sandy beach of Mazzaforno, where other sports activities are offered.

The house can accommodate max 10 people by adding 2 beds in the living area.

The main house (200 m²) extends over two floors. The interiors are spacious, contemporary, functional and stylish. From the living area there is a view of the 60m² terrace, which is the heart of the villa.

UF: 4 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower one of them also with an original bathtub. Two of the four bedrooms have direct access to a covered outdoor area which offers the possibility to relax.
