Villa Vittoria is a comfortable holiday home perfect for families. Situated in an exceptional panoramic position overlooking the bay of Palermo, the villa is framed by mountains. Positioned atop a small hill, Villa Vittoria consists of three floors, a terraced garden with a pool area and offers breathtaking views from almost every angle. Decorated in neutral tones, bright and spacious, the villa is an island of relaxation amidst Mediterranean vegetation and rocky mountains. The villa is located on a hill above Cefalù in a quiet residential area. Cefalù, with its wide choice of equipped beaches, bars, restaurants, shops, banks and pharmacies is about 11 km from the villa.

Interior:

The simple, essential, comfortable and modern style of the living room-kitchen is also evident in the bedrooms and bathrooms. On the floor below the living room-kitchen, there is a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with windows opening onto the pool area. Upstairs there is a bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. First Floor: Double bedroom with air conditioning, twin bedroom with air conditioning, shared bathroom with shower and bath. Middle Level: Open-plan living room with sofa, kitchen, dining table, guest bathroom, laundry room and access to furnished terrace for al fresco dining. Pool level: Double room with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, twin room with air conditioning.

Exterior /Park:

Situated on top of a hill, Villa Vittoria is surrounded by mountains with the sea of the Bay of Palermo right in front of the garden. Outside there is a large covered terrace, a 12-metre swimming pool and an outdoor shower to cool off before gathering around the barbecue and preparing meals to be shared outdoors.

Swimming pool:

The pool is 1 m to 1.70 m deep and measures 12 x 6m. Surrounded by a solarium with deck chairs, it is a real invitation to relax and contemplate the view. The pool will be open from May 1st to October 31st.
