Furnished in a modern style, the apartment has everything you need for a homely stay while enjoying close amenities and a stunning view of the city skyline right from the balcony.

The Space:
The Landmark Apartment features a balcony, a bathroom, and an open plan living, dining, and kitchen space. Comfortably accommodating up to four guests, the apartment has a double bedroom and double sofa bed in the lounge.

The lounge, dining, and kitchen areas share an open-plan layout. The space is beautifully designed with white interiors, wooden flooring, and wood and black furniture. The olive green, velvet sofa adds character, complemented by the sleek Smart TV in the lounge.

If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen may become your favourite space, equipped with amenities such as a refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, and cookware.

You can enjoy a delicious meal at the dining table for two situated by the floor-to-ceiling windows. You could also enjoy your meals alfresco style on the balcony which has outdoor furniture and offers views of MediaCity. There's nothing better than savouring a good meal or a cup of coffee while taking in the pleasant views of the day or the night lights.

The bedroom is fitted with a double bed and a wardrobe, with large windows offering views of the balcony.

The bathroom is sparkling clean, featuring white interiors and beige tiles, and is fitted with a shower, WC, and washbasin.

Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis.
