La Jolla oasis near the beach!

We had a group of 16 women staying here and we had plenty of room and sleeping area! Everyone was very impressed with the house, there was a beautiful view of the ocean on the top floor. You can walk 10 mins to the beach and beach town of La Jolla and get to Pacific Beach with a 10-15 min drive. The place is just as pictured, if not better and extremely spacious. The place was very clean! There is a big living area both upstairs and downstairs. We spent more time in the house than I anticipated because of how open it was. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in the area, highly recommend !!

Summer vacation

We had a wonderful trip to the San Diego area. We stayed in Behzad's vacation home in La Jolla, which was very beautiful. The home had a stupendous view of the ocean and La Jolla Village. The home was very roomy with more than enough living space and bedrooms to house 6 adults comfortably. Behzad was very helpful upon our arrival, and kept the home well stocked with household supplies. I strongly recommend this vacation home. Doug W.

A beautiful home in paradise!

Behzad and his home are wonderful! When we first got there literally everyone said "Whoa!" An easy experience overall and I was able to book it under short notice. VRBO makes me a little nervous due to some internet stories but this was about as easy as it gets. This trip was especially important to me as it was my turn to plan it and I was quite nervous. As soon as we arrived, a huge weight was lifted. Summary. A wonderful weekend full of golf, fishing, breweries, and chilling out at the house. Everyone had a wonderful time and there was plenty of room. What more could you ask for! More about the house. The pictures on here don't do it justice. The bedrooms are all spacious and the common area is large and doesn't feel crowded at all. There are several couches that fold down into beds so everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The listing did not mention a BBQ, which is something I love to do, so I asked Behzad if he would be able to locate one. Sure enough, he had one ready to go for our arrival. We BBQ'd three times. Amazing! The house is close to everywhere you want to be. A short walking distance from Avenida De La Playa as well as short Lyft/Uber rides to anywhere else would you want to go. The view is spectacular and the patio is perfectly placed with the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop. Parking? No problem. We had 3 cars there and didn't even use the garage which would've fit a large SUV easily. Bottom line. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that is thinking about it. I hope to stay there again!
