Two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in the heart of the city, next to Plaza Cataluña and Paseo de Gracia, two of the most important attractions and best areas of interest. The Gothic Quarter and the Born are just 5 minutes away.

It has Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and a safe.

The bright living room has a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed, with a flat-screen TV, tables and chairs.
You will also find a fully equipped kitchen.

It has two bedrooms with double beds.

The bathroom is finished in white marble and has a shower.

The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 250 metres of the apartment.

No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your check-in is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at Carrer Aribau 228. The opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00.

Arrivals after 21:00 are done in person at the apartments and have an additional cost of €30.
