2 Bedroom Condo on the FREE ski shuttle

Two bedroom, two bath Condo in Fraser, Grand County with all the amenities you need to call home! Located in the middle of the Fraser Valley (75 minutes from Denver and 45 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park) you are only minutes from all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer: Hiking, biking, canoeing, fishing, rafting, swimming, and more!

The layout of our condo is a ground floor unit (no need to haul your skis upstairs!). It has a queen bed and private bathroom in the Master bedroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a bathroom in the hallway.

Amenities include a wood burning fireplace, Cable TV, VCR, Wi-Fi. The Kitchen includes a Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils provided. All linens/towels provided, Hot Tub (shared), Pool (shared); full access to one of the best Club Houses in the Fraser valley.

We provide all you need to really get away from it all! This is a kid friendly unit.

Free shuttle around town and to Winter Park resort – home to many summer concerts. Close to everything but far enough away to see foxes, moose and native wildlife and enjoy the mountain serenity.

No Pets Allowed - You will be charged $250 if you violate this.

Christmas and New Year Bookings require a 4 night minimum.
This unit requires a 3 night reservation for holiday weekends:
Feb 17 - 20 (Presidents Day Weekend)
Jan 13 - 16 (Martin Luther King Weekend)

Great location

This is a great location when skiing Winter Park. Grab the free bus out front of the building or it's a short drive to any of the parking locations. The condo is a very cozy place to stay and enjoy the area.

Great ski stay

Great weekend trip to WP for skiing - just up from the front range. Easy access to the hill - near grocery, too. We always stay as lots of friends are in the area.

Perfect for skiing

This condo was great for my family's ski vacation. The location is perfect. The shuttle picks up right in front and it is close to everything. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Place

Cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Had everything we needed. It was a plus to have some spices/oil/flour to help with our cooking. We really appreciated that the unit was on the ground floor.

Perfect getaway

This home is exactly as pictured. Very clean and well stocked with anything you need. We traveled with two couples and two children. The kids loved the pool and the outdoor TV. The owners thought of everything! Pool toys, board games, sunscreen, lots of towels, beach chairs, coffee, tea! Anything we thought we needed was there. Close to so many fun attractions for the kids. Would highly recommend this home!!

Winter Park Vacation

Our ski vacation at Meadowridge for one week was superb. Located in Fraser, we drove each day to Mary Jane. The drive was about 15 minutes. The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The laundry facility was in the clubhouse which we used for laundry, the hot tubs, and the exercise facilities - only one street over easily walkable. The kitchen was not lacking anything - just as pictured and described. We would love to stay at the Madden's condo the next time we visit.

Fantastic Time with Family

We had 5 condo's and 22 family members, all units near each other with the club house nearby, reserved the club house for Christmas dinner and used the hot tub many times. Bus was easy and roads kept clear for easy travel

Good Weekend stay, well priced, comfortable

Comfortable 2 Br and 2 bath for 2-3-4. A tad dated (shag carpet etc) and bedside lights for reading need updating but all good, clean and owners were responsive and friendly. 50 foot walk only to shuttle to WP, convenient. Lots of light with sliding glass door into living room, dining room table and couches, fireplace and TVs. I’d go back.

Perfect mountain getaway!

We had the best experience at this condo. It was exactly as described- extremely clean and cozy. The location was perfect- just minutes from skiing, tubing, etc. We were able to take advantage of the hot tubs and pool at the Clubhouse as well. The owners were very responsive and provided perfect directions for finding the property and self check-in. It couldn't have been easier. They even provided a Pack n Play for my sister's toddler. I plan to stay here again in the future!

Why they chose this property

During the winter months Winter Park hosts some of the finest downhill and cross-county skiing in the country (WP averages 350 inches of snow per year covering over 3000 skiable acres), as well as offering ice skating, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, snowcat tours, snow tubing at the Fraser tubing hill (a must do if you have kids!) and numerous other winter activities.

Devil's Thumb/Idlewild Center offers 85 km of groomed cross-country terrain varying from beginner to expert. Snow Mountain Ranch/YMCA of the Rockies has 65 km of well-maintained trails, 3 km of lighted trails for night skiing and over 4,600 acres of woodlands featuring beginning to expert terrain for track and back country skiing.

During the summer Weekly rodeos, an Alpine Art fair, the Winter Park Jazz Festival, American Music Festival, The Winter Park Mountain Bike Festival, Rocky Mountain Wine and Food Festival and the Winter Park Kid's Karnival.
