The apartment is located in the heart of historic Regency Hove on a beautiful avenue that leads down to the seafront and bordered by Brunswick & Palmeira Square. There are numerous cafes, restaurants, bars and independent shops. We will be happy to help with any recommendations and reservations. There is also a Sainsbury's Central & Tesco Express at the top of the road as well as Waitrose, a short walk away.

Hove Lawns and the beach are at the bottom of the road, where there are a number of cafes and ice cream kiosks. A short walk along the front takes you to the i360 and beachfront eateries & bars.

Central Brighton has a large variety of independent shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. There is also the world-famous Brighton Palace Pier & Royal Pavilion that are must-see visits. Next to the pier is also the oldest Aquarium in the world!

There are a number of children's parks/playgrounds - St Anne Wells at the top of the road, The Lagoon (with playground, skate park & watersports, crazy golf & paddling pool in the summer) & Kings Road playground on the seafront next to the i360 which also has a paddling pool in the summer.

Further, a field Brighton Marina, Devils Dyke & the magnificent under-cliff walk from the marina to Rottingdean are worth a visit.
