Great property in a brilliant location

The house was wonderful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was in a great location right off the main square and close to transport links. We would definitely stay here again.

HEMOS PASADO UNOS DÍAS CÓMODOS EN ESTA VIVIENDA, TENÍA BUEN ESPACIO PARA NUESTRO GRUPO (5 PERSONAS), SUFICIENTEMENTE EQUIPADA, LAS CAMAS CÓMODAS Y LA CASA Y ZONA SIN RUIDOS, LO QUE NOS HA PERMITIDO DESCANSAR POR LA NOCHE. Fantástica Estancia

Sóller es una joya en una Isla que es el paraíso. Y allí una casa de pueblo acogedora, céntrica y decorada con gusto. Soy de bastante lejos y eso es lo que me impide volver pero quedará en mi recuerdo.

Genteel and relaxed holiday

Classy, spacious. Sadly however, if 2 friends are staying, 1 has a beautiful bedroom, and the other has to stay in a not so nice bed and bedroom. This is my only criticism.

Fourth time and counting!

This is our fourth stay at Ca na Catalina which is positioned in a quiet street just off the main town square. Soller and it's surroundings are superb. The Fira was quite an experience! The agent Xisca and her staff could not have been more helpful and kind. We look forward to returning next year!

First trip to Mallorca!

Absolutely loved the home! Great location near the square, easy access to parking, no fuss, no hassles. Plenty of room, authentic character, and central location all for a very reasonable price! Highly recommend! Only suggestion to the host would be a new coffee maker:)

Altstadtwohnung in Soller

Die Woche vom 29.10.- 05.11.23 haben wir in Soller verbracht. Das gemietete Altstadthaus liegt mitten im Zentrum und ist zweckmässig ausgestattet. Die etwas ältere Wohnung wurde in einem sauberen und guten Zustand übernommen und eignet sich gut um Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung zu unternehmen. Die Parkierungsmöglichkeiten gestalten sich eher schwierig. Die Abstellplätze in Sollere sind nicht nur zeitlich beschränkt sondern auch anzahlmässig. Am besten parkiert man kostenfrei ausserhalb der Stadt, entlang der Hauptverkehrsstrasse. Dies hat allerdings einen Fussmarsch von ca. 10 Minuten zur Folge. Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung wie auch in der Umgebung sehr gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Pierre und Beatrix

Tolle Lage

Wir waren im Herbst für 10 Tage in diesem Stadthaus. Das Haus ist sehr einfach ausgestattet, aber sauber und geräumig. Lage und Preis Leistung sind unschlagbar. Lediglich das Doppelbett ist wirklich zu schmal und zu kurz. Bei aller Einfachheit dürfte hier auch mal ein neues rein. Ansonsten alles prima, auch die Kommunikation.

Soller property review

Property is large and very comfortable, it is only a few minutes walk from the main square but is in a quiet side street. It was very convenient for all our needs and Virginia was extremely helpful in directing us to the property and ensuring our stay was so pleasant.

Great holiday home in a great city

Nos sorprendió gratamente. Con esta preciosa casa de vacaciones en medio de uno de los pueblos más bonitos de Mallorca, encontramos un apartamento completamente equipado y totalmente climatizado (excepto la habitación de arriba, que no usamos). Decoración rústica y limpia con estilo, lindo y pequeño patio con patio y parrilla. No nos faltó nada y nos encantaría volver. Wir waren positiv überrascht. Mit diesem schönen Ferienhaus mitten in einer der schönsten Städte Mallorcas fanden wir eine voll ausgestattete Wohnung und voll klimatisiert auf (außer das oberste Zimmer, aber das haben wir nicht benutzt). Rustikale, saubere Einrichtung mit Flair, süßer kleiner Innenhof mit Terrasse und Grill. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir habe eine tolle Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Sehr sauber. Toll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und um die Gegend ohne Auto und nur mit dem Bus zu erkunden. Nachts und morgen war es etwas laut, aber damit muss man wohl rechnen wenn man mitten in der Stadt wohnt. Die Betten sind auch top, nur die Matratze in dem Schlafzimmer ganz oben ist nicht ganz so gut. Dort oben wird es im Sommer bestimmt auch sehr warm. Aber für uns jetzt im Mai war es gut. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Centre of the Universe!

Söller is an ideal centre, especially as in our case, for walking. The apartment is in the centre of Söller so what more could you ask? It’s well equipped; has a pleasant courtyard to sit out in and the view through the kitchen window of the mountains makes washing up a real pleasure! Xisca were very helpful and altogether Söller is a super place to holiday. One small caveat: there are major renovation works to a neighbouring property so you may be unlucky regarding noise from time to time. We look forward to our next visit!
