This an owner discounted rate and the best rates are weekend to weekend bookings. the extra weekdays are usually more expensive or close to the market rates but can also be slightly discounted but not as much as a 7 day weekend to weekend. E.g fri-fri 7days , sat-sat 7days, sun-sun 7days.
