This extremely spacious 3 bedroom apartment is ideally located for family or golf holidays. The three bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms and their own private terrace. The lounge is very spacious with a dining area and 2 seating areas both with terraces to enjoy the stunning views of the mountains, golf course and down to the sea. 10 minutes drive to the beach and Puerto Banus/Marbella and on the doorstep of La Quinta Golf Club and 5 minutes drive to the rest of the courses in the Golf Valley.

The three bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms and their own private terrace. The lounge is very spacious with a dining area and 2 seating areas both with terraces to enjoy the view of the mountains, golf course and down to the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking for the family and there is a separate utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities. The large south facing terrace is part covered for shade and has plenty of room for relaxing and outdoor dining. The communal pool is close to the apartment and accessed by steps.

Located on the doorstep of La Quinta Golf Course. The Club house is a short drive away which has a great shop and restaurant. In 10 minutes by car/taxi you can be in the glamourous Marina of Puerto Banus. Marbella Old Town is another 10 minutes by car or walk the promenade between the two ! The traditional town of San Pedro is close by for good spanish tapas both in the town and on the beachfront.

Car Rental is essential.

There are steps to and from the apartment and many steps up to the pool area.
