A two level loft apartment located in a classy, central neighborhood of the city center. Recently renovated, it comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. 500m to Koum Kapi beach and the seafront promenade. We are located in one of the most beautiful areas of the city, renowned for its exquisite 19th-century neo-classical buildings, lively cafes, and popular restaurants frequented by locals. With 100 sq.m. of interior space, spacious balconies, and a wooden deck terrace on the upper floor, it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.

Our flat presents a streamlined and contemporary design, featuring unique artworks and a carefully curated collection of furnishings and decor. Every inch of our home is infused with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're here to explore the city, or simply relax in style, our space is the perfect backdrop for your next adventure.

The spacious first level (100m2) of our property boasts a generously sized living room and dining area, with direct access to a balcony that overlooks the surroundings. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, featuring an extra grill stove and dishwasher, there is another dining table and access to a backside balcony. This level includes two double bedrooms that share a main bathroom, complete with a shower cabin.

The upper level (25m2) is home to a cozy corner sofa that can double as an extra bed, as well as a handy kitchenette with a fridge and a W.C. This area leads out to a wonderful wooden deck terrace, complete with outdoor furniture ideal for relaxation and enjoying an afternoon cocktail.

All areas of our property are centrally air-conditioned and heated. They feature a minimalist design, complete with unique handpicked furnishings and contemporary art pieces.

Some of the art pieces feature works of Greek painters such as Opy Zouni, Yiannis Lasithiotakis, Chronis Botsoglou and Achilleas Christidis.

Various pieces of furniture and lighting are designed by Pantone, AL2, Michele De Lucchi, Arne Jacobsen et al.

Nestled in the heart of Dikastiria neighborhood, our apartment offers a glimpse into the soul of the city. This area takes its name from the historic Courthouse building at Eleftherias Square, known locally as "Freedom Square." Behind the courthouse stands the magnificent Orthodox church of St. Peter and Paul, a popular spot for religious events.

The Dikastiria neighborhood is renowned for its stunning neoclassical buildings and bustling cafes and restaurants. There's also an array of local grocery stores, bakeries, and supermarkets, as well as a variety of services such as hair salons, beauty parlors, and Pilates studios - all within easy reach. The private clinic 'Tsepetis' is also just a stone's throw away.

Just a 5-minute stroll from our apartment is the enchanting seafront promenade and Koum Kapi beach, where the neighborhood extends to the coastal scenery. And for those who want to explore further afield, the Old Venetian Port is just a 15-minute walk away, through the charming seaside promenade and the trendy cafes favored by the city's artistic youth.

Frequent 24/7 bus services and taxis can be found at Eleftherias Square.

Conveniently located just across the street from our home, there is a private parking facility available for your use during your stay. The parking facility charges a fee for its services, but it provides a safe and secure place to park your vehicle. Please note that the parking facility is not affiliated with our Airbnb listing and we cannot guarantee availability or pricing. However, we are happy to provide directions and information on how to access the facility.

In addition, depending on the season, there may be free public parking spots available near or next to our home. Please note that these spots are subject to availability and may not always be available depending on season.

*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
