Newly built in 2022 this self contained home can be found at the end of a quiet private lane behind Keynsham Road with parking right outside. Accessed via its own private front door the home has a bedroom area with a comfy Super King bed, small flat screen TV, dining table for 2, modern shower room with shower gel, hand soap and hand cream provided and an equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and microwave. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for basic cooking. Lastly, leading outside from the kitchen is small private courtyard with dining table.

Tea, coffee and sugar is provided along with a bath and hand towel per guest.

There is parking right outside the front door at the end of the private lane.

Access to the property is via a private lane with an uneven surface and is partially lit.
- For added guests security there is a single CCTV camera that records outside the front of the property ONLY that covers the parking space and private lane as this has no outside lighting
- We are pet friendly hosts but do charge £10 per pet per night so do please let us know if you are bringing any pets.
