Twin Home Retreat in Central Cheltenham
A unique listing for Cheltenham offering two neighbouring homes for larger groups of up to 12! Both homes are located at the end of a private and quiet road close to Cheltenham Town Center and offer private parking for 3 vehicles.
Nestled at the end of a private road you will be staying at 22 and neighbouring 23 Station Street. Both are private, self-catering homes.
22 Station Street is spacious 3-bedroom home for 6 guests spread over 3 floors. The ground floor has a hallway leading to an open plan fully equipped kitchen / diner with a dining table for up to 6 guests. The kitchen has electric oven and induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, kettle toaster and microwave and has patio doors leading to a private courtyard garden. There is also a downstairs WC. On the first floor is the lounge with Smart TV and sitting for up to 4 guests, 1 double bedroom and the family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Heading up again the top floor has bedroom 2 and the Master Suite which has a private balcony and en suite shower.
23 Station Street is a modern 2-bed home spread over 2 floors that can also sleep up to 6 guests. Downstairs has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle toaster and microwave. At the back of the home is the lounge / diner that has a dining table for 4, comfy sofa and armchair for 4 and patio doors leading out to a quiet patio garden with an outside dining table for 4. The sofa also converts to a large sofa bed (5 ft. King Size). Also, downstairs is a WC and entrance hallway for to hang your coats. Upstairs offers 2 stylish double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and a double in the other. Lastly there is a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Each home has private rear patio gardens and to the front there is off road parking 3 cars. For groups arriving in more than 3 cars please enquire about complimentary street parking permits that we can offer also.
These are private self catering homes, access is via a key box outside each home.

- 1 bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom.
- Shower gel, hand soap and hand & body lotion is available in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided.
- We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter than 7 nights, please contact us for availability and pricing.
- Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins and we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the property is available. If you wish for a later check out, please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
- We can offer two parking permits for street parking in the local area. A week prior to your stay we will request your vehicle registration numbers so we can arrange.
- Please let us know in advance if you have any special requests, or if you need anything else in addition to the above and we'll always do our best to help.
- For groups of 11 and 12 the sofa bed in the lounge at 23 Station Street will be automatically made up. If you are booking in a group of 10 people or less and require the sofa bed this must be requested in advance. For groups of 10 and under there will be an additional £20 charge for the linen hire for the sofa bed.
