This property is excellent for groups or families, with five bedrooms, four bathrooms over four floors giving guests plenty of space.

The house has excellent transport links, to anywhere in London, Bakerloo line underground station to Oxford Circus, overground trains 8 minutes walk away, 15 minutes Kings Cross St Pancras Coal Drop Yard and bus links a moments walk - getting around London made easy!

This is a luxury property offering an exception level of comfort and cleanliness. This stylish house is furnished with a mix of mid century modern furniture, fabulous art, beds and bedding are super comfortable with all cotton bedding professionally laundered. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, ice and water dispenser and 4 modern hotel style bathrooms.

NOTE The property offers two of the bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet down a staircase to a lower ground floor, but still part of the house. This is particularly useful if you have teenagers, young children needing quite, two family’s or guests that likes their own space and privacy The front door can also be accessed without going thru the main part of the house disturbing other guests at sleep if late back at night.

GROUND FLOOR The open-plan design on the ground floor creates a sociable area with modern kitchen/dining/living space, white Corrian kitchen worktops, breakfast bar with seating for four and wooden floors provide a light modern space. The dining area is situated in the bay window has a stunning 1960’s Murano glass chandelier above the table with seating for eight and an extra two chairs available making seating for ten at a squeeze. There is a very large B&B Italia sofa is soft chocolate brow velvet and lounge chairs, well equiptkitchen comprising of a BOSCH appliances, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer, filtered water and ice dispenser and triple bi-folding doors to the paved courtyard garden, Chromecast on Smart TV.

FIRST FLOOR The first floor has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one is en-suite in the master.

Bedroom 1 is the master suite has superking-sized bed ( 6f x 6.6f ), with an ensuite bathroom, plenty of storage space with a free standing bath, large walk-in shower, loo, double basin and heated towel rail,, wooden floors with a rug.

Bedroom 2 is carpeted, has built-in storage, a super king size ( 6f x 6.6f ) Vi-spring zip and link bed that can be two singles, separate large shower room located directly next to it. ( single beds set up upon request )

SECOND FLOOR Bedroom 3 The carpeted second floor contains a very good sized bright attic room with a standard double bed ( 4.6f x 6.3f ), roof Velux window, floor to ceiling windows and door leading onto a small sunny roof terrace with a nice view, chest of draws and an en suite with walk-in shower room, loo, basin and heated towel rail. Two pop up beds for teens or average sized adults ( upon request )

LOWER GROUND FLOOR
Bedroom 4, large room with a separate shared bathroom with room 5.

Bedroom comprising of a king size bed ( 5f x 6.6f ) dressing table/desk and ample storage.

Shared bathroom, modern powerful shower over bath, loo, sink and storage.

Bedroom 5, generous sized double bedroom shared bathroom with room 4, floor to ceiling windows with a door leading out to a sunken outside space and fire escape, kingsize bed (5f x 6.6F ), cupboard, desk and chair, Samsung Smart TV, DVD, Chromecast, free view and DVD and large selection of DVD’s.

Please ask about pets before booking, sorry no cats.

Large laundry room with sink, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, drying rack and other general purpose items including cleaning products.

REAR GARDEN the garden has a stone paved area with bench seating, extending modern table, heater and lighting.

The house is cleaned to a very high standard, luxury mattresses, bedding hotel quality cotton, mattress toppers on all the beds, pillows quality feather.

Housekeeping £20 per hour, please confirm if you require this service in advance.
