Villa Mindula is located in the charming coastal town of Sukošan, only 13 km from Zadar. This place is adorned with the largest marina on the Adriatic, Marina Dalmacija, and close to five National Parks and two Nature Parks. With a rich gastronomic offer of Mediterranean specialties that you can taste in Sukošan's taverns, this place is an ideal destination for those who want to spend an active vacation exploring the natural beauty of the bike paths or the beauty of our underwater.
The entire property of Villa Mindula is fenced, which offers you complete privacy during your stay. On the terrace of the villa there is a large swimming pool with deckchairs around it and a lounge corner where you can enjoy the sun's rays while drinking cocktails in the summer. On the covered part of the terrace there is a dining room where the whole family can gather with a delicious meal prepared on the outdoor grill.
The interior of the villa consists of an open living room and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. There are also three bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, air conditioning and TV. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there is one shared bathroom and one guest toilet.
