Rhyd Lechog consists of a kitchen/diner with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining table, and woodburning stove and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, ground-floor double, double, ground-floor twin, and twin, along with a bathroom and shower room with washing machine and tumble dryer. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is a wraparound garden with lawn and gravel, plus off-road parking. Pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking. Escape to Rhyd Lechog. Note: Step up to property. Note: Single track lane access to property. Note: Children must be supervised at all times while outside as the lawn area leads down to a small stream. Note: There are quite a few steps throughout the property and some uneven flooring, please take care. Note: First-floor bedrooms have sloped ceilings. Note: Step up and into double bedroom over a beam. Note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of £600.

Note: The two attic bedrooms have sloping ceilings and restricted head height. Note: Whilst the garden is enclosed, it is not secure. Dogs must always be supervised and with various slopes and part of the garden leading down to the river bank children should also be supervised at all times. Note: Limited mobile signal. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

Town: Llanrwst is a thriving market town which stands in the beautiful Conwy Valley, only four miles from picturesque Betws-y-Coed, known as the 'Gateway to Snowdonia' and which is North Wales's most popular inland resort. Surrounded by dense woodland and magnificent mountain country, this is a haven for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges. Most famous of all are the magnificent Swallow Falls, situated where the Llugwy River hurls itself into a spectacular chasm. The village has shops, pubs, places to eat, miniature railway, a riverside golf course and the Woodland High Rope Activity Centre, and is home to The Snowdonia National Park Visitor Centre, as well as being the start of the beautiful Conwy Valley which leads to the coast and the lovely towns of Llandudno and Conwy.
