Lovely single family home located a quick 5 minute walk to Historic Downtown Basalt where you will find restaurants, bars and shops. Fully furnished with 3 Queen memory foam bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sun drenched fenced in yard with a hot tub, bbq and outdoor dining area. The Willits retail center with Whole Foods , Citimarket , Spa , cinema and more bars and restaurants is only four miles away and the whole valley is connected by a great public transport system.

There is a spacious bedroom downstairs with queen bed with en-suite bathroom, and two spacious bedrooms upstairs with queen beds and bathroom in between. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar flows to open plan dining room and comfortable living area with vaulted ceiling. Large glass door leads to a patio and yard and hot tub. There is a 50 inch tv with a surround sound. There is a gas powered "log burner " look stove to add atmosphere as well as heat and of course there is a washer dryer for your convenience .

Great Trip!!!

Ralph's house is awesome!! Picturesque walk to great restaurants in cute downtown Basalt! a short drive to Snowmass Mountain!! Great hot tub in the backyard.

Ralph was fabulous and so was his home. This is the perfect space with 3 queens, a lovely kitchen full stocked (felt like we were at home), and lovely living area and backyard. This house felt like home and we will definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Our group of 6 enjoyed staying at this very cute home. It was so comfortable, decorated great and so very clean. It had everything we needed for our ski trip to the area. Ralph was so helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Definitely will keep this place in mind if we come back again.

Beautiful House, Location and Wonderful Host

Ralph's house and location is absolutely wonderful. Located in the small quiet town of Basalt, CO. Ralph's house is beautiful including his backyard with an awesome hot tub! Also, Ralph was one of the most accommodating hosts I've been associated with when using VRBO. Even though he was out of the country at the time he was very responsive. My friends and I will definitely be back, and I would recommend this place and Ralph to anyone!

Spacious and easy Mountain home

The house was a great place with plenty of room. Only 2 of us stayed but the place could easily accommodate at least 2 other couples. The hot tub was great! Looked brand new! Ralph was very helpful with ideas of things to did and was good about checking in with us. We were there during the Lake Christine fire and unfortunately had to leave a day early but I am glad his home is safe!
