This lovely apartment with 32m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV and a dining table. The area has a bright ambience and plenty of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery, including a cooking plate, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bedroom is a pleasant space with a queen bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. It also has a TV and complimentary linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a vibrant street that offers easy access to some of the city's top attractions. The area is also home to a variety of restaurants and bars, such as RIBS ABADA and Mercado de la Reina 12, where visitors can enjoy delicious food and drinks. With its central location, Calle Arganzuela is the perfect starting point for exploring all that Madrid has to offer.

It is conveniently located near two metro stations, Puerta de Toledo and La Latina, making it easily accessible for residents and visitors alike. With Puerta de Toledo just a 2-minute walk away and La Latina a 7-minute walk, this bustling street is a hub of activity and a popular destination for shopping, dining, and exploring the vibrant culture of the city.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
