The studio is in a classic mid-century Athenian building, giving you a true local experience. Fantastic restaurants and bars are everywhere, just steps from your door. Plus, the Metro is within walking distance, offering quick access to both the airport and the beach in less than five minutes.

Inside, the studio is meticulously maintained, featuring a comfortable sofa, WiFi, and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, pots and pans, silverware, plates, glasses, a coffee maker, and more—everything you need to feel right at home. The space stays cozy and warm in winter with central heating and comfortably cool in summer.
