A sunny and bright private second-level room conveniently located in a beautiful 10,000 sq ft Mediterranean style stucco residence with landscaped garden.
A good size shared bathroom with built-in tub, shower, toilet, and vanity is located just down the hall.
Guest access
Kitchen, dining room and one more intimate and another shared lounging area to relax and watch television. Six private acres with sole access to 500 ft of pristine frontage on the Merrimack River. Hammock, recliners, tables, and chairs. Your choice of gas & charcoal grills are also available on the large outdoor deck and covered patio area overlooking the landscaped yard and river.
Interaction with guests
We are on site and love to meet new friends but respect everyone's need for privacy and only interact if so desired.

Currently taking minimum bookings for 14+ nights. Please inquire.
Ideally suited for one or two people. A pack and play crib available on request.
The speed limit in the neighborhood is 35 mph.
