Living Area:
With natural light filling the space from the kitchen and living area's opposing windows, this bright and beautifully presented space is the perfect place to start (and end) your day. Re-decorated and redesigned a few years ago, this space leans into its New York loft-style feel. Boasting hardwood floors, an exposed-brick wall and steel beam separating the open-plan living/dining/kitchen areas, kick back on the leather sofa and stream your favourite shows on the smart TV or curl up in the armchair with one of the many books available. You'll also find a speaker available and a farmhouse style dining table centring the space — perfect for enjoying morning coffee's or cheeky takeaways!
Kitchen:
Beyond the dining table you'll find this sleek and compact kitchen. Fully-equipped with everything you need for your self-catering stay, enjoy sleek white cabinetry, a full-sized fridge, a mini freezer and a state-of-the-art SMEG coffee machine, complete with milk frother and coffee bean grinder (perfect for coffee-connoisseurs). With a calming view of the tree-lined street below, unique art-work and a handy breakfast bar, this space has it all.

The Neighborhood:
In Islington, it’s very much a case of North meets East London! A variety of cool hangouts await, from jazz clubs and upmarket cinemas, to the hip and picturesque shopping streets of Camden Passage and Exmouth Market. Once overlooked, improved appearances and infrastructure brought about by the 2012 Olympics have seen this neighbourhood soar in popularity. Although it is only 10 minutes from the centre of the Capital and is now home to a good smattering of chains, Islington has managed to maintain its neighbourhood character, as well as the individuality of many of its shops, bars and restaurants. Its well-established theatres and arts venues have gone from strength to strength, and continue to showcase the best of British drama, dance, and art.
The area’s proximity to large green spaces like Highbury Fields and long stretches of Regent’s Canal, make finding free things to do in Islington no problem. The 8.6 miles of the Regent’s Canal transports you to an oasis that feels miles away from the city. Walkers, dog walkers, cyclists, joggers, boaters and paddle boarders can all be found along the tranquil waterways that exist in parallel with scenic walkways, gardens and waterside eateries.
A perfect lunchtime hub, Exmouth Market is a charming collection of independent shops, restaurants, and cafés. Its semi-pedestrianised layout instils that delightful feeling of wandering or dining along a European street.
Open artist spaces, canal scenery and quirky shopping streets mean there’s plenty to see on strolls around Islington’s neighbourhoods. Weekends and evenings are filled with arts and live events in inspirational spaces.
