This is a very comfortable and cosy 1 bed apartment in central London. Conveniently located in a beautiful residential square, which makes it really easy to get everywhere in London. The apartment features a separate bedroom and a spacious open place living/kitchen as a well as a small back patio for you to enjoy. Its proximity to Vauxhall station and its great transport links make it an ideal base for business or leisure travellers. We can provide daily parking permits for £15/day

This is a large 1 bedroom apartment, located in the basement floor. It has its own entrance and a small back patio

The apartment is fully equipped. As you enter, you will find the kitchen and an open plan living area with dining table and a comfortable sofa to relax and watch TV. Our sofa bed can also serve for a single person sleeping there.

There is a full family bathroom with a shower and bath and plenty of natural light

The bedroom is at the back of the property, which makes it really quiet. It contains a comfortable double bed, wardrobe space so you can store your belongings and french doors opening to a private small back garden.

You will have the entire property for yourselves, with access to an equipped flat with kitchen appliances and modern amenities.

We will stay in touch with you before your stay and we will personally meet you for the check-in and provide you with some tips to make the most of the area and London. We love traveling and we love making our guests make the most of what this wonderful city has to offer! We will not be staying in the property, but we are just a call, email or a text away!

The apartment is located in a residential and quiet square. The square offers a bohemian atmosphere with a vegetarian restaurant and Italo Deli, one of the most popular Delis/Cafes in London. Its proximity to Vauxhall station and its great transport links make it an ideal base for business or leisure travellers.

Vauxhall is the closest station, only 5 min walk from the flat. You will find the Victoria line, trains towards Waterloo and Clapham / south west and numerous buses. Oval tube station with the northern line is within a 10 min walk.

You can walk to the River for a stroll through Big Ben, Tate Modern, St James Park, Houses of Parlament. The square has many great restaurants, cafes, interesting walks and parks.

We can offer permits for street parking for £15/night, subject to availability

Our neighbourhood is wonderful, is so centrally located, but we have the peace and quiet of the residential area for relaxation time after a busy day. There are plenty of local gems that we would like to show you and ensure that you get the most of the area!

CHECK OUT by 11am

We agree together your ½ hour check-in slot according to your landing time allowing plenty of time for you to travel to the house.

We can always accommodate changes in check-in time up to the day before your check-in date and we will do our best to accommodate same day changes.

Please bear in mind that last minute changes or if you fail to let us know your arrival time has changed will incur an extra £30 for every hour or fraction of hour past the agreed arrival time. Please call, text or email when you are about to leave the airport.

LATE/EARLY CHECK IN/OUT FEES
•If you wish to book a check-in from 8pm to 11pm, it will incur an extra £50 fee.
•If you wish to book a check-in from 11pm onwards, it will incur an extra £100.
•You can book an early check-in or late check-out at a fee (according to availability), please ask for a quote.
•You can also drop your bags at no extra charge from 11am to 2pm if agreed in advance.

Extra bed:
- We can accept bookings for 3 people. We would set up the sofa bed in the living room
- If you are 2 guests and require the sofa bed, please note that we will charge a £25 extra fee (one-off payment)

Please let me know in your enquiry how many people and how many beds do your require so that we can get them ready for you. Please note we charge an additional £18 per night for infants.
