It is located on the 1st floor of a typical London house with very good light throughout and a balcony overlooking the Cricket Ground

It is an ideal base for business travellers, a couple, or a family with 1-2 kids

This is an ideal place to stay south of the Thames as it is within a short walk to Vauxhall and Oval stations, making it easy to get into centrsal London, London Bridge or Waterloo.

The flat features a bright living room, 2 bedrooms with a double and a single bed, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and a small balcony overlooking The Oval Cricket Ground.

The living room has a TV, a small balcony, and a comfy sofa that can also be used as a sofa bed for a child when required.

You will have a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and other amenities so you can feel at home in London!

The main bedroom has a double bed and enough space for your belongings. The small bedroom has a single bed

The bathroom is spacious and with a good shower

The flat is located on the 1st floor. There is no lift in the building.

We can also prepare the sofa in the living room as a sofa bed for parties of 3 people or upon request. Please note that a £25 extra fee applies if you are less than 4 guests and require it

You will have the entire property for yourselves, with access to an equipped flat with kitchen appliances and modern amenities.

We will stay in touch with you before your stay and we will personally meet you for the check-in and provide you with some tips to make the most of the area and London. We love traveling and we love making our guests make the most of what this wonderful city has to offer! As we will not be staying in the property, but we are just a call, email or a text away!

The neighborhood is very safe and an excellent location to enjoy the best of London! It is well served with pubs, restaurants, and cafés and is only a short walk from the famous Thames River, so it is within easy reach of major attractions such as Parliament and the London Eye. Bustling Soho, famed for its varied nightlife and the West End is only a 15-minute tube journey.

We agree together your ½ hour check-in slot according to your landing time allowing plenty of time for you to travel to the house.

We can always accommodate changes in check-in time up to the day before your check-in date and we will do our best to accommodate same day changes.

Please bear in mind that last minute changes or if you fail to let us know your arrival time has changed will incur an extra £30 for every hour or fraction of hour past the agreed arrival time. Please call, text or email when you are about to leave the airport.

LATE/EARLY CHECK IN/OUT FEES
• You can book an early check-in or late check-out at a fee (according to availability), please ask for a quote.
• You can also drop your bags at no extra charge from 11am to 2pm if agreed in advance.

Please let me know in your enquiry how many people and how many beds do you require so that we can get them ready for you. Please note we charge an additional £20 per night for infants.
