Ideal for two people, this recently renovated apartment retains much of its original charm, with a stone fireplace repurposed as a bookshelf and a courtyard filled with lush little plants. Fully equipped, the studio provides guests with an authentic experience of local life, nestled within an old fashioned residential building.

The Space

The studio seamlessly blends the historic charm of Milan's Navigli district with modern design, accented by traditional art pieces from Asia and Europe. Elegantly furnished with great attention to detail, it features a French double bed with pure cotton sheets ready to welcome you after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is compact yet well-equipped, providing everything you need to prepare a quick meal or a breakfast to enjoy at the table by the window, which fills the room with natural light. Every corner of the studio has been designed to optimise space, making it both cosy and functional.

The studio places you steps away from the scenic Darsena and its bustling canals lined with bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The farmers, vintage and antique markets are just a street away from the building. The nearby tram and Porta Genova metro station provide quick and easy access to the city center and other major attractions, making it a perfect base for both business and leisure stays in Milan.. The apartment is located at Via Ascanio Sforza 31, in a highly accessible area both by public transport and private vehicle.
From Milano Centrale Train Station:

Take Metro Line 2 (Green) in the direction of Abbiategrasso or Assago Milanofiori Forum and get off at Porta Genova.
From the Porta Genova station, it’s a 10-minute walk. Exit the station, head down Via Vigevano, and continue across the Darsena bridge. Walk along Via Ascanio Sforza until you reach number 31.

From Milan Linate Airport:

Take bus Line 73 to San Babila. From there, transfer to Metro Line 1 (Red) towards Rho Fiera or Bisceglie, and get off at Cadorna.
At Cadorna, switch to Metro Line 2 (Green) heading towards Abbiategrasso or Assago Milanofiori Forum and get off at Porta Genova. Then follow the walking directions as above.

From Milan Malpensa Airport:

Take the Malpensa Express train to Cadorna station.
At Cadorna, take Metro Line 2 (Green) towards Abbiategrasso or Assago Milanofiori Forum and get off at Porta Genova. From there, follow the walking directions provided earlier.

By Car:

Via Ascanio Sforza is near the Darsena and Navigli areas. Please note that this zone falls within the ZTL (Restricted Traffic Zone), so be sure to check the access times and park in designated areas nearby.
