Amazing

The apartment was very clean when we arrived. It was the perfect amount of space for 6 guests. We were very impressed overall with the apartment. I would definitely book our stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking to book a stay in the city.

Weekend Vacation

My family and I visited NY for the 1st time 2/14-2/18. We booked this location as it was close to restaurants and public transit. We were given an address to meet the housekeeper that would let us in. It was just a few houses away but we had to wait in the cold for 15 minutes until she arrived. Once inside, we did a quick tour of the apartment. At first glance things looks ok but we quickly started to realize a lot of cleaning on our part would be required. All of the kitchen surfaces had to be wiped down. They had smudge marks from previous guest and there crumbs on the kitchen table. We also had to sweep the kitchen due to crumbs being everywhere. The floors were also sticky and in need of a good cleaning. I was very grateful the bedrooms and linens were clean or I would not have slept there. The following night, we heard noises in the kitchen which we quickly realized it was a mouse. We live in the City so we were not concerned until at 1am, my daughter was woken up from her sleep with the mouse on her bed! Her bedroom was next to the kitchen, so she slept downstairs the rest of the trip. The owner was very responsive however, there wasn't much she could do at that point. I just hope she addresses all of the above issues before the next guest check in.

Girls Trip

Great location! Many great restaurants and subway nearby. Had trouble with door lock but it was fixed quickly. Typical NYC parking issues. Having 2 bathrooms was great! A microwave would have been nice. All in all a great stay. We would stay here again!

Not elegant

It is in the ground floor and basement. Absolutely no natural light, very dark place. Very noisy place. But Chelsea area is nice. As I was not comfortable with this place, the owner gave me the opportunity to change for another place very nice one in Alphabet City.

I love it

I loved this apartment for its decoration and comfort, but more so because it had two floors. I loved its location, but above all I want to praise how clean and tidy the apartment was when I arrived.
