I like the seclusion of the room. I also liked the decor.
It was smaller than we thought. there was not a bottle of wine waiting for us as mentioned. And did not hear from Donna unitl we checked out. We found 5 dead scorpions on the floor and the fridge was dirty.

We were extremely happy with property manager, Donna was very understanding, helpful, and friendly. My only recommendation would be to add more outdoor lighting for night time. Getting to property at night was a bit unsafe since it was too dark. Otherwise, it was excellent!
The husband and I celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary and this was the perfect secluded area to just relax and enjoy each other….will definitely be back!
My husband and I stayed here for the weekend and we loved this place! So relaxing! Close to town yet far enough out that we could watch the stars and listen to all the nature and feel completely away from our busy schedules. Great hosts! Adorable place! We will be back!
In Fredericksburg for a wedding and we so enjoyed this pastoral setting that still was very accessible to Fredericksburg. I would highly recommend for its cleanliness, good taste and location.
Me and my husband stayed for our 20 wedding anniversary. Donnas place was so clean. Bed was very comfy. Coffee bar was stocked, even had a bottle of wine chilled waiting for us :) We also enjoyed watching the deer. Will definitely be going back! Thank you Donna!
Wonderfully quiet stay just outside Fredericksburg. Easy access to wineries and other activities in the area. Nicely furnished with some well-designed built-ins. With a cup of coffee on the back patio, you and the birds have the country to yourselves. Hosts provided great recommendations for restaurants and wineries.
The Morris ranch suite met or exceeded all our expectations. We were looking for something outside of town with a chance to see the stars and were not disappointed!
We loved our visit, and our stay on this property! Everything seemed to be brand new and the unit had a very comfortable bed. Only a short drive to be in the middle of Fredericksburg. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Janet
Clean, beautiful, quiet, and comfortable farm house. We needed a quiet get away for the weekend and this place has it. Close enough to run into town but far enough out of town to make it seem like your the only ones around. We will stay at this location again and again.

About the host
Hosted by Donna
Owners are Randy and Donna. Randy is a retired UPS Driver and Donna is in the association management company business. Both of us love the outdoors, nature and golf.
Why they chose this property
We bought this property because every time we saw it, it tugged at our hearts. We immediately saw an opportunity to share it with others in the form of a single suite (to begin with) and in the future, the main house will become available.
What makes this property unique
The stars are so bright you won't believe your eyes. The home is located among a number of large ranches so you will see birds, cattle and deer. The breezeway won't disappoint you and the back yard patio always seems to have a constant breeze.
