A cosy welcoming cottage for up to three guests in a beautiful part of Northumberland, complete with a wood burner for those cosy evenings.. Ground Floor:

Bathroom 1: Bath With Shower Over Bath, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair. Rear garden with garden furniture. On road parking. No smoking. . Set in the heart of the pretty little village of Barrasford, Willow Cottage is the perfect retreat for up to three adults or a small family.
When you step into Willow Cottage there is a calming and relaxing ambience throughout with a living room and a modern kitchen with a dining area. The living room has a super cosy wood burner for those chilly evenings in snuggled up watching a DVD or a movie on the Smart TV. Upstairs are two bedrooms; one super kingsize bed which can be made into singles, and an additional single room. There is also a modern bathroom with a bath and shower over, whilst to the rear is an enclosed seating out area perfect for relaxing after day out at your favourite places.
There are plenty of walks from the door and Willow Cottage is within easy travelling distance to all the major tourist attractions throughout the county. Set conveniently next to a family friendly pub which serves home cooked food, perfect if you want to walk and enjoy a pleasant evening out. Perfectly located for exploring the National Park with the amazing dark sky observatory at Kielder (booking needed) or go over to Hadrian’s Wall and visit The Sill, a great tourist centre. Corbridge, a pretty Roman town, is an easy drive with some gorgeous cafés, pubs and bespoke shops to explore, whilst a little further you will find Hexham with its abbey and a great choice of shops and eateries. Newcastle upon Tyne is easily reached from here and the heritage coast peppered with castles and golden beaches makes a great day out. Visitors to Willow Cottage will be sure of a real warm Northumbrian welcome no matter which direction they decide to explore.
