We love this adorable cottage in a pretty village setting, with two village inns within walking distance.. 2 steps to entrance.
Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: Smart TV, Open Fire
Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Doors Leading To Garden
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for open fire included. Welcome pack. Back garden with garden furniture. On road parking. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps in the garden.. This charming cottage is situated on a no-through road in the popular village of Bere Regis. It is the ideal base for families or couples to explore the world famous Jurassic Coast and wide range of attractions Dorset has to offer.
With two double bedrooms and a fabulous open plan living/dining room, it’s the perfect space to relax and entertain after a day exploring this wonderful location, or during warmer month enjoy the enclosed garden or roof terrace with a glass of something cold or even dine al fresco! For more active guests, you do not have to go far to find the perfect location for a coastal or countryside walk or cycle.
Further afield you can take a walk along the coastline where you will find landmarks like Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. This is one trip where you do not want to forget the camera. If you are looking to venture further afield you can visit the historic town of Dorchester, where you will find local restaurants, pubs, shops, and museums. Poole Harbour is approximately a 25-minute drive. This is the second largest natural harbour in the world and home to the famous Brownsea Island where you need to keep an eye out for the red squirrels. Regular pleasure boat trips are offered around the harbour and to Brownsea Island.
Back at the property Monkey World and Bovington Tank Museum are just minutes away, and local attractions such as Sculpture by the Lakes are a beautiful day out where you can either relax around the lakes or explore the stunning gardens.
