Likewise, this property is located just a few minutes\' walk from Madrid\'s tourist and cultural attractions such as the Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Retiro Park.

The apartment:

Accommodating up to four people, the accommodation is located on the third floor of a building with a lift. Its cosy atmosphere, elegant marble floors and the modern character of its furnishings ensure a peaceful, comfortable and pleasant stay for all our guests.

The living room has a TV, a sofa bed and a charming French-style balcony with an external view. The modern kitchen has all the appliances and amenities necessary to ensure a comfortable stay.

The apartment has a great bedroom with a double bed, and a comfortable bathroom with a shower.

It has underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet access on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the MADRID CENTRAL area with restricted access for road traffic. Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
