Parties are strictly prohibited. If you host a party, you will be asked to leave immediately and reported to the platform. A cleaning fee of £250 will be charged if smoking is detected.

We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break or damage anything please let us know immediately so that we can take steps to repair or replace it.

Please note: Please note that the bedrooms and family bathroom are located on the upper floor, requiring guests to climb stairs to access them. If you have mobility concerns or difficulty with stairs, we kindly ask you to take this into consideration before booking. We want to ensure all our guests have a safe and enjoyable stay in our home.
