The master bedroom is large with a king bed, ceiling fan, large flat screen tv and private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. On the other side of the living area, you will find the first guest bedroom with a queen bed, ceiling fan and television; the final guest bedroom has a lovely set of twin beds. The 2nd bathroom is a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

> Thank you to all who selected 123 Harbour Oaks for your vacation and a special thanks to our return guests. Updates / improvements to the unit this year included a new king mattress and a new queen mattress. We had an electrician replace all of the old pull chain lights in the closets with brighter LEDs controlled by wall switches. There is a new bench in the main bedroom. The ceilings and walls in the WC and entrance in the main bedroom have been newly fixed up and painted. There is a new ceiling fan in the living room and new blinds in the sunroom. The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Village/Pier, lighthouse, Neptune Fun Zone and many one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. If you are up for recreation, just outside the gates of Harbour Oaks is one of the many parks on the island with dog parks, tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds and more!

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
