Holiday apartment for 2 to 4 people. In Orihuela Costa (Torrevieja) in a unique location in the cozy Urbanization La Florida, between Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca. Here you will find this nice 94 m2 three-room holiday apartment Jumilla III. There is a spacious balcony and a large swimming pool with a spacious garden and various facilities, including a communal large roof terrace for sunbathing in both summer and winter.
The cozy catering area of La Florida with various restaurants, local shops and a small supermarket is 200 meters from the apartment. A little further on you will find several supermarkets, banks, ATMs, many restaurants, McDonalds, Burger King, bars, terraces, go-karting, mini golf, tennis, gyms, gas stations (also electric charging), bus stops. The larger shopping centers such as Habaneras and La Zenia Boulevard are also a short distance away. There are also various tennis and golf options a little further away.
This holiday apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Free 5G WiFi and Smart TV with all Dutch and many international channels. There are more than enough parking spaces within the apartment complex. The well-maintained holiday complex has a very good sunny position and a large swimming pool.
Orihuela Costa borders Torrevieja and is located on the Costa Blanca South, approximately 40 kilometers from Alicante airport. On the Orihuela Costa you will find the beaches of Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor. Orihuela Costa, together with Torrevieja, is a very popular holiday resort with a great nightlife all year round.
The quality of the beaches and bathing water meet the high requirements of the E.U. There are several tennis courts and golf courses nearby, such as Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villa Martin. Orihuela Costa has a good public transport network, but a car is highly recommended in this vast area with many nice districts and centers that merge into each other. Renting a car here is relatively cheap.
The holiday apartment is located in the quiet and extensive apartment complex Jumilla III and is fully furnished. There is a spacious kitchen with extensive cooking utensils, oven, microwave, table grill, fridge-freezer combination. Eating out costs really little; but the kitchen is ideal for preparing a good meal yourself. Of course there is also a coffee maker, kettle, washer/dryer and of course good air conditioning.
There is (free) fast Internet with 5G WiFi and Smart TV with all Dutch and international channels. Bed linen and towels are provided. Energy consumption is not included and will be charged separately per kWh (meter available).
Are you coming with your own car or renting one on site? The holiday home has a large number of parking spaces within the Jumilla III Complex (no extra costs). The entire complex is fenced and has a number of electrically operated entrance gates.
Within the residence, there is a large swimming pool with a shallow end and a large garden with plenty of sun and shade. For the smaller beaches of Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima, you do not have to drive more than an average of 10 minutes. The larger and busier beaches of Playa del Cura and Playa Los Locos can be found in the center of Torrevieja. There are many more beaches within Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja.
It is estimated that there are more than 1,000 restaurants and terraces in Orihuela Costa and the immediate surroundings.
Throughout the coastal region you will find a number of smaller or larger commercial centers in every neighborhood where there are various local shops and catering establishments. There are also many Merca-China stores throughout the coastal region. These are Chinese superstores where you can find everything you can imagine. Compare them with a combination of a hardware store, clothing store, household goods store and a toy store.
There are usually several supermarkets within walking distance. In the vicinity of the holiday home there are also several nice restaurants within walking distance, from cheap to more expensive, but still cheap. Where can you find a daily special for less than ten euros and a beer for less than two euros? So here!
Within the immediate vicinity of the holiday apartment is also the well-known “La Zenia Boulevard”, where numerous large and smaller shops are located. C&A, H&M, Primark and many other well-known stores. La Zenia Boulevard also has an extensive range of terraces and restaurants. There is a very large underground parking garage with lifts and roller tracks, which runs underneath the entire complex. Parking is free everywhere, including in the parking garages and even on the beach. There are also plenty of free parking spaces nearby for disabled people.
Every Saturday there is the large Playa Flamenca street market close to the holiday apartment, with many hundreds of stalls spanning a length of more than a kilometer on both sides. There is something to do in the area every day.
