About this property

Converted Buttery Cottage in Pembrokeshire

Ty Menyn is a traditional three-bedroom Welsh cottage in the heart of Mathry, with beautiful character features and scenic rural countryside.
The village itself is a quiet place with small streets that spread across the whole of the hilltop and in many spots showcasing fine views of the St David Peninsula. The village has both a tearoom, located in the small antiques shop and a village pub, The Farmers Arms, serving meals at lunch and evening time.
The cottage itself has slate and hardwood flooring throughout, along with character beams and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. With a ceramic hob, range cooker, fridge/freezer, integrated microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area is located next to the kitchen and then has stepped access to the lower living room area. This split level open plan ground floor living space boasts a cosy log burner, complete with a welcome pack of logs to get you started. In the utility area located off the living space you also find a downstairs WC - cloak room and washing machine and tumble dryer, plus space for wet coats and boats after a busy day exploring the area during winter months or sandy shoes in the warmer weather.
Moving upstairs all three bedrooms are located on the first floor, with an ensuite to the Master King size bedroom and door leading to the street below via stone steps. Two further bedrooms, one with twin beds and a further single that are beautifully and traditional presented along with the main bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower.

Please note this property has steps throughout as well as hard floors, with an open oak staircase and as such we unfortunately recommend that it wouldn't not be suitable for toddlers and small children under 6years.
A well behaved pet is welcome but we ask that all paws remain on the floor. Thanks
