Equipped with a working washer and dryer, you will never have to worry about running out of clean clothes. An addtional queen size blow up mattress on a bed stand. Kitchenette equipped with microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster oven, coffee maker and kettle. Bathroom has a hair dryer and amenities. Satellite TV and Wifi included. Parking and private entrance into a lovely courtyard . We have a gas Bbq grill in the courtyard area for your enjoyment. Surrounded by beautiful mountain views with many biking and hiking trails . Peaceful and private. Enjoy day trips to Sedona and Jerome. Don't let your family vacation be anything less than exceptional. Allow us to give you the best experience of your life. This is the best vrbo we have ever rented over the years. Has everything we need including a WONDERFUL host. We visit AZ to bird, hike and mountain bike!!!! We base our dates on availability for this place bc it’s that great. Thank you so much for another wonderful stay.

Such a lovely place, with amazing views. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was perfect for our needs. It felt so spacious, roomy and welcoming. Host was great and flexible with our arrival plans.

I make monthly trips to az to visit my horses. The place was nice my biggest complaint would the host being overly involved, she lives right next door. She made comments on what i ordered on instacart and about not having a party despite being there by myself. Also made a comment about me being hungover. If it werent for the host this would have been a 5 star stay.

Work and play trip
We needed to visit Phoenix for a combination of work and vacation. This was a good location for both with its close proximity to the golf resorts. The residence was exactly as described on the site. No surprises and that was a good thing.

Lovely desert oasis
Beautiful and wonderful place to stay. It was decorated with care and really made me feel like I was staying in somebody's home. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the soft, fluffy towels. Very quiet and peaceful at night. I really appreciated the washer and dryer to do some laundry mid-way through my trip. Quick bike ride or drive to McDowell Sonoran Preserve for outdoor enthusiasts, as well as a lovely sitting area outside to enjoy morning coffee. 100% recommend!

This is a lovely neighborhood, very close to mountain bike trails and hiking. Terri was very welcoming and responsive to our needs. We stayed for a week, so having a washer/dryer was a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Great casita for our two week stay.
We found the casita very comfortable, with everything we needed. Terri was a wonderful host, answering questions, checking in to see if we needed anything and suggesting things to do and restaurants nearby. We liked being in a quieter neighborhood with less traffic. We had a lovely view of the mountains and we spent time hiking every day.

The property was lovely. There was more than enough room and the photos don’t do it justice. There is also a beautiful patio for outdoor enjoyment. Terri is a gracious host who responds quickly to any questions and truly cares that you enjoy the stay at the property. It is located close to several trail systems for hiking and biking. Great experience on all levels!
