This 11th floor condo has just been remodeled and updated!

Welcome to your home away from home at Celadon Beach Resort. Enjoy your beach vacation in beautiful Panama City Beach!

This gorgeous condo, has the MASTER ON THE GULF with a KING SIZE BEDS in the master suite and 2nd bedroom. Both have new mattress sets. There is also a separate Custom BUNK ROOM with twin over twin with its own flat screen television. It's like having a 3 Bedroom for the price of a Two!

This fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker and a Keurig.

There are 2 FULL BATHS in this unit and a spacious laundry room with FULL SIZE WASHER and DRYER.

There is also FREE WIFI and upgraded cable! Enjoy watching the game on a new 55 inch television!

Family vacation
The place was great! The owner was very nice and prompt with communication. We had five people total and were very comfortable in the unit. Even with occasional elevator trouble the wait for elevators was minimal, which is great in a high rise. I highly recommend this unit.

We have been back to this property a few times now and we love it every time! PCB is one of our favorite places to go! Waking up to the view of the ocean every day is a dream! We love that it is a little quieter on this side of the beach!

Best VRBO I've had to date
My family and I came down to PBC for Spring Break looking for a peacful location with a beachfront view. The condo exceeded my expectations. It was clean, well decorated and beachy. The beds were amazing and slept so well. The kitchen was FULLY stocked. The view was panoramic and did I mention it was clean? When you go to the beach, you want it to feel beachy. It did! Seems like an interior decorator was used. The appliances were all new or nearly so. I told my husband, "Either the owners use this place personally or they just really care". The instructive notebook was also helpful. It wasn't too loud or busy at the beach. The beach chairs that come with it were an added plus. The kids rode jet skis which were available for $80/30 min. and located directly in front of the condo. Totally worth the price. We'll be back!!

Beautiful Views, Comfortable Stay
We booked this stay for a family beach vacation and to take my mom away for her birthday! The stay was perfect. There was plenty of room for 6 of us. The beds were so comfortable and views of the gulf were stunning! The kids loved the pools especially since we had double red flags most of our trip and my mom loved relaxing by the ocean in rebpeovided chairs to rest or read! We would definitely book this stay again!

Disappointing start
When we arrived at the condo, the entry code did not work. That was resolved, but the unit had not been cleaned and that issue was not resolved until 10:00pm. Having lost an entire evening, we were only reimbursed the cleaning fee, despite reaching out to the owner multiple times.

Will definitely like to rent this condo again , so cute, comfortable beds, perfectly decorated, had everything we needed. Loved staying on the 11th floor very scenic up there. Also like staying on the west side, very family oriented. Just a perfect vacation couldn’t ask for more.

The condo was decorated very pretty. location was great for shopping..eating. We slept really good because the beds were so comfy. it was a fast trip we took but had no problems getting the condo. owner was very helpful. Beach was beautiful and we met lots of nice people.

We enjoyed everything about our stay, from how close the beach was to having everything we needed in the condo. Kitchen was full stocked with everything we needed to cook with, the rooms were perfect size to fit us all, and the view from the seating on the balcony was a dream. We literally couldn't believe our trip was so fast. I can't wait to go back one day!

Great stay once again at our favorite beach! This was our second year to stay at the Celadon Resort and absolutely love it. Condo was exactly like the pics and was very clean. The kitchen could use some storage containers. There was no can opener so I had to purchase one. I had asked for a early check-in but didn't get one . I don't think it takes 6 hours to clean the unit because I work for the Marriott. But oh well we had a great stay! Will stay at the Celadon Resort again next year ! Thanks

The condo was great the beds were so comfy!! The condo was clean and had all the pots and pans cooking utensils you could think of. Plenty of dishes also. The condo could have used a good dusting light fixtures and ceiling fans but I understand they have a limited time to clean before the next guest arrive. I can handle dust as long as everything else is clean which it was. The decor was amazing !!! The views are breath taking. The resort was great on the end that isn't busy and loud. We used to love Long bBeach Resort but that end has gotten kinda of wild and loud for us. The only downside was the elevators they messed up a few times, they did get somebody to work on them. Couldn't imagine in the summer busy months. Check in with door code great. Unloading and loading ( as long as you can unload and load infront) wasn't to bad. They have 15 min parking in front for that. Which we did not realize till loading back up. If you park in the garage on the 2nd floor and push the carts across the breezeway that is ROUGH !! Yes we will definitely stay here again hopefuly next time we are in PCB!!

Exactly as advertised!
It was an excellent place to call home while we vacationed with my kids and my elderly parents. Everything was beautiful upon arrival, and the amenities of the resort were great! We especially loved being on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach which we found much more family/kid friendly! The kitchen was well furnished, the beds all super comfy, and the views were amazing! For future renters, there is an Alvin's across the street with beach essentials and souvenirs. And the Blu convenience store, Thomas's donuts/snacks, and a shell shop are all walkable from Celadon. (Kids will definitely need a wagon/stroller though. Too far for little legs). If you're on the fence, I recommend going for it! You will love this condo!

Great Condo, great location but...
The condo was clean, the kitchen very well equipped and the two King beds were a bonus. We were close to a grocery store and a fantastic bakery (Thomas Donut & Snack Shop). There were a couple of minor items that we identified to the property manager two days after arriving - no battery in the master bedroom ceiling fan and light remote, a small amount of black mold in both bedroom showers and a couple of cosmetic items - the shower rods in both bathrooms were very rusted and a few loose hinges. The property manager never responded. There are 3 elevators to service the entire building, one elevator did not work during our stay. Recently, a new vehicle parking process for the building was setup, this process has a number of operational bugs.

Beautiful condo!
This property has a beautiful beachy vibe with gorgeous views. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay away from home. We would certainly stay here again. The only reason we marked the cleanliness down is because when we arrived some people were repairing the ceiling and left the place a bit messy afterwards. And the overall rating a 4 star over a 5 star was because during our stay the elevators weren’t working for a day and a half and it was a bit tiring climbing all those stairs multiple times a day! Both were situations at no fault of the owner. Otherwise it would definitely be a 5 star from us! We loved it here and would love to come back again.

We found the property to be as advertised. Note, no ramps to the beach, steps only. The condo was clean, well stocked. Furniture in living room is long of tooth. Beds were comfortable. While advertised for 6 or more, really is a small space if all 6 were to try and be in living room at same time. Kitchen was really well equipped, a big plus. We enjoyed our stay.
