The bedroom, with a comfortable double bed that guarantees an invigorating rest. Tastefully furnished, it offers ample space to store your personal belongings, thanks to its beautiful antique wardrobe.

The bathroom, modern and carefully designed, is equipped with every comfort. It includes a spacious shower cubicle, a washbasin with mirror and lighting ideal for make-up or personal care, and a washing machine to meet all your needs.

Living room
the heart of the flat, to relax after a long day in the city. Furnished with a designer glass dining table, a high-quality sofa bed offers a practical solution for accommodating up to two additional guests while maintaining maximum comfort. Also equipped with a flat-screen TV, it is the ideal setting to enjoy some entertainment or simply relax.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need to prepare your meals: a cooker, oven, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. You will also find crockery and utensils for every need, so you can cook and enjoy your favourite dishes just like at home.

A little corner of tranquillity at your disposal! The enclosed terrace is perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, protected from the weather. Furnished with a pretty table, it is a private retreat where you can relax in total privacy.

To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.

Before your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.

There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that since we are not a hotel, Italian law requires us to provide guests with any type of food, even just plain oil, salt and pepper, and since we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.
