SELF CHECK-IN/OUT:
Experience hassle-free arrival and departure with a smart door lock for self-check-in and checkout. Check-in time is at or after 4 pm, and checkout time is prior or at 10 am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming forth to have a good time, but this property has a strict “No Party” policy out of respect for the other tenants and neighbours.

NO PETS ALLOWED:
Although we value pets, we uphold a pet-free policy to maintain a comfortable, allergen-free environment for all guests. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation. Please note that a minimum penalty fee of £250 applies for policy violations.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking is not allowed in the unit. If it is determined that smoking occurred in your apartment during your reservation period, you will be charged a minimum £250 penalty fee.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 21 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the stay.

CHECK-Check-in time is at or after 3 pm, and before time is before or at 10 am. to or at 10 am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

SECURITY:
For security reasons, audio/video recordings are made inside(the hallway communal area) and outside the building. Recording devices are not available inside the unit.

Your safety and comfort are paramount during your stay with us. Please be aware that our unit is not child-proof. We urge parents to supervise their children closely and ensure their safety. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
